Greg Blatz
Greg started working as a roofing laborer at Nu-Tec Roofing in June of 1984. He rose through the ranks of the roofing crew to become a roofing crew foreman by 1988 installing high-profile roofs at Indiana University and Roche Diagnostics in addition to installing roofs on large industrial manufacturing and warehouse buildings. He transitioned into a brief career of estimating roof replacements and then to managing a customer base for service-related work in the field of roof maintenance while still at Nu-Tec Roofing.
In 2002, along with two business partners, started Quality Roofing Services, Inc. As Vice President of Quality Roofing Services, he manages the roofing portfolios for hundreds of local and national customers, helps customers make educated decisions about extending the life of their existing roof systems and helps prepare economical solutions when the roofs exceed their expected life cycle.
Ben Brown
Ben Brown purchased shares in 2020 and is Quality Roofing Services’ general manager. He has an extensive background in roofing as a laborer, and foreman, along with accredited training in sheet metal. After receiving his degree at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and prior to joining Quality Roofing Services in 2019, he served as a roof consultant for over seven years with STR Building Resources. He performed a variety of duties while there including roof assessments, roof replacement specification writing, contractor oversight, roof replacement, and maintenance budgeting. He handled large clients including REIT’s, industrial building owners, public and private schools, and others.
